Introducing the Partner Junction Program

We are very excited to announce our Partner Junction Program, built to help our development shops and digital agencies succeed through incentives, lead generation, marketing and support.

As part of the Partner Junction Program we have launched Client Insights - a new dashboard for partners providing better insight into client applications through real-time access to individual client usage data - by environment or application. This can be especially helpful for partners managing multiple clients that need a way to track usage per client. Client Insights also provides month-to-date reports either by hours or spend that can be exported into excel for further analysis. In addition, you can get a simple one-page snapshot on the performance of your clients’ applications based on eight commonly used health indicators. This is pulled using New Relic’s application performance management solution and helps proactively identify and correct potential performance issues.
