Customer Regarding Price/Performance

A customer recently did some benchmarking and had the following comments:

“I know you guys aren’t necessarily trying to be price competitive with non-managed services, but as it turns out you are very competitive.

I benchmarked against [Company A] and [Company B] and it turns out it will take probably close to $300/month over there to match the same performance as one of your slices. So you should probably be more up front with some benchmarks as it might help convert people to your service.

I’m getting not just great hardware but great people too!”

Our service is all about service, so we love all feedback, good or bad.
